Set out below is what becomes of anything reaching Fortify 24x7 through these pages, and of whatever the lines throw off once they are running. It names what each route touches instead of waving at categories, on the theory that a notice worth publishing is a notice somebody can finish.
Posted 25 August 2026Iconic IT Innovations is a trading name. Behind it stands Fortify 24x7, which settles how anything reaching us through this site gets treated, along with anything the lines you buy go on to produce. Wherever the word we appears below, read Fortify 24x7.

This storefront is dull on purpose. Nothing tracks you across the web, no profile of your visit gets assembled, and not one marketing script from elsewhere has been let near it.
Payment runs on Stripe. The card number, the expiry and those three digits on the reverse go into a form Stripe owns and Stripe serves. Not one of those values travels to this domain, gets displayed to anybody here, or lands in a system of ours at any stage.
Back from Stripe comes the bare minimum an account requires: somewhere to write to, the organisation name, the marked lines with their quantities, whether billing is current, and the two identifiers Stripe itself uses.
We operate these products for you, which means we unavoidably handle what enrolled systems emit. The specifics depend entirely on which routes you marked.
Every bit of it is touched because you asked for the service, and for no other reason. It builds no product of ours, and nobody here will ever sell it. Treat that as fixed, not as a setting that moves when the market does.
Open a case, from the account area or by email, and the subject, the description, whatever our engineers add underneath and any attachments live in our service management system. That is deliberate. A problem and its history ought to travel together instead of living in one engineer memory.
No managed service runs on its own infrastructure alone. Each company below handles data on our behalf under contract. Each appears by name so reading their own notices is possible.
Beyond those names nothing is disclosed unless a law compels it. Personal information is never traded, and it never goes anywhere to fuel adverts that follow people about the internet.
Account and billing records last while the subscription lasts, then for however long tax rules and normal accounting practice demand. Security evidence follows the behaviour of the line that produced it, which each plate sets out or which gets agreed during the survey. Copies follow the schedule you chose.
Closing an account takes a conversation rather than a button. Say the word and we confirm in writing what disappears and when. How quickly copies can be destroyed depends on whichever platform holds them, so what comes back to you is specific to your own configuration.
Depending where you are, the law may let you demand a copy of your own record, correct it, erase it, or object to some particular use. Raise it and we work through it together. There is no fee for raising it and no consequence afterwards.
Where the role we play is that of a processor for one of our business customers, its staff should start with their own employer. We then support that employer in replying.
Engineers get into a customer environment only when the work in front of them demands it, signing in ourselves takes more than a password, and whatever gets done within a customer tenant is recorded. Read all of it as a portrait of practice rather than a promise. It is no undertaking that nothing goes wrong, and anybody offering you one is selling something.
Anything material shifts the date stamped on this page. Where a change touches information already handed over, account holders get a note in writing and are not left to notice on their own.
