Monthly billing keeps most of this straightforward, though straightforward is not the same as obvious, so here it is in full: what gets returned, what does not, and the reasoning behind the single rule people are most likely to dislike.
Posted 25 August 2026You pay monthly, ahead of the month, and you can stop at any moment. Stopping cancels the following charge, though it does not carve up a month already bought. Where we have billed something wrongly, or a line never actually stood up, we correct it and there is no argument.
Each line carries its own rate, per unit, per month, taken in advance. Collection begins at checkout and every renewal falls on that same date. Nothing has a minimum term, nothing requires an annual commitment, and there is no document to sign past the checkout itself.
Add a line mid month and Stripe prorates it. Drop a line and the change lands at the next renewal, so anything already bought keeps going to the end of its paid period.
Stop from the account area, or write and say so. The subscription then does not renew, everything stays live until the paid period expires, and after that agents fall silent and enrolments are let go.
Tell us beforehand if you want copies exported first. Once retention lapses on the platform holding them we cannot get them back for you, and that is a property of the platform rather than a decision of ours.
Under every line sits a vendor licence we buy by the whole month whether or not you use the whole month. Splitting your side while paying theirs in full would mean pricing that gap into everybody else, which is a quiet tax on customers who stay.
The trade is deliberate and it is stated up front: nothing to commit to for a year, nothing to pay for leaving early, no notice to serve, and in return the closing month plays out to its end.
A card dispute freezes the account while the network grinds through it, which in practice means live security services get suspended over what is nearly always a misunderstanding about an invoice. That sequence helps nobody at either end of it.
Write to support@iconicitinnovations.com first. Billing questions get answered by people who can open the actual subscription and look, and a genuine mistake is fixed considerably faster than a dispute resolves.
Most cancellations turn out to be a sizing problem wearing a disguise. If the estate shrank, lower the counts. If one route is not earning its place, drop that route and keep the other five. The catalog was built line by line precisely so nobody has to choose between all of it and none of it.
